Resolution allowing parental input is proving to be ineffective in protecting parental and multiple birth children’s rights. Schools continue to maintain across the board separation policies based upon nothing more than children’s multiplicity.

The Illinois resolution to allow for parental input in the placement of multiple birth children has proven to be ineffective. Both Dan and I have been contacted by numerous families whose insight into the placement of their children has been disregarded. Schools continue to maintain across the board separation policies based upon nothing more than children’s multiplicity. Therefore, a campaign has begun to push for a Twin Law, mandating parental choice.
